Submeter installation obligation 1/2020 of the President of MEKH. (I. 16.) According to the decree of MEKH (determining the installation points of submeters to be installed by companies obliged to use an energy expert, as well as the minimum requirements for measuring using submeters), the electricity consumption of high-power electrical equipment and internal distribution networks must be monitored by installing submeters.
